Research Interests
Dr. Mukherjee is a Professor in the Department of Biostatistics in the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Her current research centers on the improvement of statistical power in strategies used in assessing gene environment interactions. She is also interested in statistical methods used within epidemiology and Bayesian modeling and inference. Dr. Mukherjee sits on the editorial boards for many journals and has mentored numerous doctoral students, masters students, and graduate student research assistants.
